That is all I have to say about The Keatyn Chronicles.

I’ve followed Keatyn on her journey for so long and I’m unbelievably proud of all she’s done.

Jillian Dodd did an amazing job with the series which makes it so hard to say goodbye..

The drama, the characters, and everything else in between was divine chaos.

Perfect. Divine. Chaos.

Aiden, Dawson, Riley, Maggie, Katie, Dallas, and even Whitney grew on me and I found myself fall in love with their drama, their relationships, and their hearts.

I don’t want to give too much away because I highly HIGHLY recommend you read the series. But I will tell you that you will be on a never-ending rollercoaster of emotions.

Goodbye Keatyn and see you the next time I re-read the entire series. 🙂

Until next time….

Stalk Me.  (Bookwormstothemax Review)

Kiss Me (Bookwormstothemax Review)

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday is the Top Ten Books/Authors that got you back into reading.

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by The Broke and Bookish. Check them out!

I actually love this particular category because each of these books/authors play a BIG part in my love for reading.

Hope you enjoy this week’s Top Ten!

1. Book: Hopeless by Colleen Hoover: This book plays a big part in my reading journey. If I did not read Hopeless, I don’t think I would be writing this post right now on my own blog. Hopeless inspired me to venture out to different books and authors. You can check out my review of Hopeless here.

2. Author: Simone Elkeles: Simone is ,definitely, my favorite author by far. She’s spunky, down-to-earth, and obviously writes the best books I’ve ever read. The Perfect Chemistry series is so special to me. It made Alex and the other Fuentes brothers have a special place in my heart.

3. Book: The Fault In Our Stars by John Green: I mean WHO DOESN’T love The Fault in Our Stars? I probably cried over 100 times throughout reading TFIOS. There are wet spots on the pages to prove this. TFIOS changed the way I thought about life, love, and loss. If you have not read this book, READ IT NOW!

4. Author: Jessica Park: Jessica Park writes the best romance books, I swear. I mean her books are the only books that makes me cry, giggle, and swoon ALL AT THE SAME TIME. Weird right? Left Drowning and Flat-Out Love = works of art.

5. Book: Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead: Vampire Academy is the book that made me fall in love with the Young Adult Fantasy genre. If it wasn’t for Vampire Academy, I would not have the opportunity to read so many amazing fantasy novels!

6. Book: It’s Kind Of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini: This book helped me overcome so many hardships in my life. It taught me that through my struggles, there will always be light and hope. RIP Ned Vizzini.

7. Author: Jillian Dodd: Her books are just BE-AUUU-TIFUL! If it wasn’t for Keatyn, I wouldn’t have the great fashion sense I have now. 🙂

8. Books: The Twilight Saga: I know you guys will hate me for saying this, but I really enjoyed these books as well as the movies. Twilight is what actually got my foot into the door of reading. I wouldn’t have this blog right now if I did not read the Twilight books!

9. Book: Marked by P.C. Cast: Okay, I have a reason why I have this book on my list…. I hated this book so much that it inspired me to do reviews on books and give my honest opinion. Who knew good things come out of reading such terrible books? 🙂

10. Book: Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher: This book taught me that you should always be there for people when they are in a rough place. You can’t ignore them when company is the most important thing they need. We have to be considerate of others and take care of those around us. Absolutely loved this book!

Wow. I can’t believe I’m nominated for the Liebster Blog Award! Thank you to Lauren M for nominating me! This is an award where you recognize fellow bloggers and help people discover new blogs.

The questions I was asked:

My questions:

1. What is you favorite song/band?

I like a lot of punk/rock type of music. Ever since I was little, I’ve always listened to punk rock and I still do! I’m a true girly girl, but when it comes to music, I’m a die-hard punk rocker! My favorite bands are/were Simple Plan, Blink 182, Yellowcard, Good Charlotte, Panic! At the Disco, Fall Out Boy, and I have so much more but we would be here forever if I listed all of them!

2. If you could have any power what would you choose?

I would love to have the power to transport anywhere! It would make life so much easier. Imagine if I wanted to go to Paris, I could transport there instantly and not have to pay a plane ticket or anything! Cool right?

3. Who is the one author you want to meet the most?

This is hard! My number one dream would be to meet John Green. His books changed my life, even hoe dramatic they seemed. I’ve never felt so impacted before than I did when I read his books. He is definitely an inspiration and it would be amazing to meet him!

4. What’s your favorite childhood book(s)?

I honestly don’t remember that much of what I read when I was little. I kind of remember reading the Amelia Bedelia books when I was super little. They were so funny! When I got older and moved on to little chapter books, I really liked the Nancy Drew books!

5. If you could have lunch with on character (from book/TV show/movie etc…) who would you choose?

OMG. I cannot possible name only one character to have lunch with! Well, I would love to have lunch with Rush Finlay ( Fallen Too Far by Abbi Glines) because he’s TOTALLY HOT and he is an amazing singer! Perfect Package right? Another character I would like to have lunch with is Keatyn Douglas (Stalk Me. by Jillian Dodd). She is totally cool and I already feel like we are best friends!

6. What’s your favorite quote?

My favorite quote is a quote my mother has always told me. I’m not quite sure who wrote the quote, but It has really changed my life.

You can do anything anyone else can do, only YOU can do it better.

This quote has really motivated me through high school and made me very confident. High school can be a time of self-discovery and since my mother continues to remind me of this quote, I’m motivated to succeed.

7. Where do you want to travel to the most?

This summer, I am taking a trip to Europe with some of my friends from my school! I’m so excited to visit Rome, Milan, Florence, London, Paris, and so much more! When I come back, I will definitely share with you guys my trip!

8. Favorite book for this year so far?

I really liked Panic by Lauren Oliver. It recently came out about 5 days ago and I have not put it down! It’s such a rush and just amazingly written! Check it out when you get the chance!

9. What fandoms are you part of?

Oh Gosh, this is going to take forever! Okay, I’m part of Percy Jackson, Divergent, Hunger Games, the Maze Runner, Vampire Academy, Delirium, and so many others!!

10. Do have any OTPs and if so who? (Can be from TV show/book/etc…)

My favorite OTPs would be Tris and Four (from Divergent), Rose and Dimitri (from Vampire Academy), and Percy and Annabeth (Percy Jackson).

11. Who is your favorite character? Why?

This is an easy one. Hazel Grace Lancaster. She is one of those characters that left an impact on my soul. She is such a strong and beautiful character. She actually didn’t even feel like a character because she felt so real. I felt like I was there every step of the way going through life. She will always and forever be my favorite character!

I’ve always written scripts for my perfect life.
But no way could I have ever scripted this.
My life is so far from perfect, it’s not even funny.
All because of a stalker.

I’m at a boarding school where I have to lie about who I am.
I can’t see my family.
I’m tutoring a Hottie God that tortures me with his smile.
The most popular girl already hates me.
But there’s this boy.
This hot, sweet, sexy boy.
So I’m going to stop trying to script my life and just live it.
Because who knows how long I have left.

Jillian Dodd is one of my favorite authors ever. Her books are so real, entertaining, and heart-warming. I did a review on Stalk Me, which is Book 1 in the Keatyn Chronicles, a couple months ago and absolutely had to do another review. If you do decide on reading The Keatyn Chronicles, I urge you to start with Stalk Me!

When I think of Kiss Me, I think of The Hills and Gossip Girl. There’s the catfights, the hotties, the catty mean girls, and basically anything you’d think of a high school. The last time we saw Keatyn (in Stalk Me), she began getting used to her new life at Eastbrooke and just kissed Aiden (THE GOD OF ALL HOTTIES) on the ferris wheel.

“It’s a slow, soft, amazing kiss. The kind of kiss that makes me feel like he’s kissing my soul.”

Keatyn is in love with Aiden, but Aiden is really moody. Sometimes he is totally into her and other times he’s distant. Aiden drives Keatyn insane at times, but when Keatyn tries to leave, there is this magnetic spark that pulls them together.

To make matters more complicated, there’s Dawson. SWOON! He’s gorgeous, confident, and oh-so delicious (according to Keatyn).

“I know we’re suppose to be taking it slow. I know you don’t want to be in a relationship until we’re sure, but I wanted to give you this.” He runs kisses across my face and when he gets to my lips, he murmurs, “It’s the key to my heart.”

I really loved Dawson. He was so sweet and meaningful. He cared so much about Keatyn and just wanted to see her happy. Dawson is still hooked up on his ex-girlfriend Whitney. The only thing that bothered me about Dawson was even though he wanted a relationship with Keatyn, he didn’t want to let Whitney go. Along the way, He starts breaking Keatyn’s heart because he is so adamant about Whitney.

Throughout the book, Keatyn struggles with her new life, stalker drama, and juggling both guys from her past and guys in her present. She has to learn that love isn’t always easy. Who does Keatyn really love? Read The Keatyn Chronicles to find out!

Until next time…

Catcha later readers!!

Keatyn has everything she ever dreamed. Her life is following the script she wrote for the perfect high school experience. She’s popular, goes to the best parties, dates the hottest guy, and sits at the most-coveted lunch table.

She’s just not sure she wants it anymore.

Because, really, things aren’t all that perfect.
Her best friend is threatening to tell everyone her perfect relationship is a scam.
Her perfect boyfriend gets drunk at every party they go to.
It’s exhausting always trying to look and act perfect.
And, deep down, she isn’t sure if she has any true friends.
To add to the drama, her movie star mom has a creepy stalker.
A hot, older man flirts with her and tells her they should make a movie together.
And she’s crushing on an adorable surfer. Dating him would mean committing social suicide.

So she writes a new script. One where all the pieces of her life will come together in perfect harmony.
But little does she know, there’s someone who will do anything to make sure that doesn’t happen.

Okay, I have to be honest. I’ve never heard about this book before until I saw it on ITunes. I was just browsing the “Free Books” section under the Teen Books and saw Stalk Me. I loved the cover so I thought I’d give it a shot..

BEST DECISION EVER. I give it a 10! ‘Stalk Me’ is probably one of my favorite YA romance books. Once I started, I could not put it down. It reminded me so much of the show Gossip Girl (one of my favorite shows).  Keatyn has been living the “fabulous life” since she was young. She has everything normal girls dream of ever having. But she questions whether the glam life is really her thing. After a recent breakup with her “popular” boyfriend, Sander, Keatyn can finally go after her long-time crush: Brooklyn. Brooklyn is your average laidback surfer. He has the abs, the looks, and basically the whole package. With Brooklyn, Keatyn is finally able to show her true self.

She loves just letting loose and surfing without having someone there to judge her. But just when Keatyn thinks Brooklyn is into her, he becomes oddly distant.

Then there’s Cush. Cush has been into Keatyn for a while, but she has always been in a relationship. Keatyn decides to give Cush a chance. I honestly did not like Cush. He seemed overly flirtatious and a TOTAL jerk. But like any teenager, Keatyn is bound to make mistakes here and there.

Then Cush ,being the total jerk he is, breaks Keatyn’s heart. TOTALLY BREAKS HER HEART. With Cush temporarily out of the picture, she goes back to Brooklyn.

I have to admit. I totally SWOONED over Brooklyn. (:

He is the epitome of every girl’s dream guy. He’s such sweetie and brings the best out of Keatyn.

“A thing of beauty is a joy forever.” ~ Brooklyn.

Keatyn and Brooklyn are having an awesome summer. They even get tattoos together. But just as things are going well, Keatyn’s mom has a serious stalker. So serious that Keatyn is forced to move to a boarding school. She changes her last name and has to adapt to a new life. Goodbye Keatyn Douglas. Hello Keatyn Monroe. Let’s just say at Keatyn’s new school has an abundance of cute boys (Including “THE GOD OF ALL HOTTIES!!”). Some take her heart. Some break it….Will Keatyn ever be in a happy relationship? Read it to find out!

Stalk Me (Book #1) is free on IBooks. Yes, FREE! Go purchase it, You won’t regret it.

Until next time….
